Policy: The Aspen Group, Inc. Marketing Team will provide all prospective students, current students, and team members with a Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Purpose: The Privacy Policy sets forth our policy with respect to the collection, storage and use of Personal Data. The Website Terms and Conditions are inclusive of the United States University® Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), the FERPA Policy, the Academic Policies and Procedures, the BPPE Annual Report, the Site’s Accreditation & Approvals section, the School Performance Fact Sheet and any and all other applicable operating rules, policies, price schedules and other supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be published from time-to-time (including those made available on the Site’s Consumer Information page), which are expressly incorporated herein by reference (collectively, the “Agreement”).
Scope: The scope of this policy applies to all Aspen Group, Inc. team members, United States University team members, prospective students, current students, and alumni.
