Policy: To be compliant with the State Authorization Agency and other regulatory agencies, the publication of a University Catalog shall, at a minimum, be done annually. Significant updates mandated by external regulatory agencies or institutional changes may be published as an addendum or new version.
Publication Timeline
The University Catalog shall be published annually by July 1st of each year for the new Academic Year. To meet the publication date and include changes to the catalog, all catalog changes must be completed in Watermark Catalog and undergo adjudication, if applicable. Refer to the University Governance section of this Policy and Procedural Manual for adjudication policy and curriculum changes.
The University Catalog may be amended or updated by form of a new version or addendum. Catalog updates may be limited to two (2) publications a year, unless critical updates are mandated by regulatory agencies.
