Policy: The Aspen Group, Inc. Marketing Team will provide all prospective students, current students, and team members with a Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Purpose: The Privacy Policy sets forth our policy with respect to the collection, storage and use of Personal Data. The Website Terms and Conditions are inclusive of the United States University® Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), the FERPA Policy, the Academic Policies and Procedures, the BPPE Annual Report, the Site’s Accreditation & Approvals section, the School Performance Fact Sheet and any and all other applicable operating rules, policies, price schedules and other supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be published from time-to-time (including those made available on the Site’s Consumer Information page), which are expressly incorporated herein by reference (collectively, the “Agreement”).

Procedure:

  1. This policy is reviewed annually by the Director of Marketing to ensure that the documented information is accurate and reflects current business practices.
  2. This policy will be updated on an ad hoc basis if business process changes occur prior to the scheduled review.
  3. Significant changes to this policy will go through policy owners and legal review.
  4. Updates will be communicated by leadership to applicable team members and posted on the University's website (see links below).

Scope: The scope of this policy applies to all Aspen Group, Inc. team members, United States University team members, prospective students, current students, and alumni.
