Observation Forms:
Will summarize what happened during Student Teacher observations. University Supervisors provide formative feedback about strengths and areas of opportunity.
Progress Reports:
Progress reports will be completed in:
- Week 4
- Week 8 (Grade for Session I)
- Week 12
- Week 16 (Grade for Session II)
- Cooperating Teacher(s) and University Supervisor will complete progress reports together.
