Supervised Field Experience Classroom Training

Conferences with Site Mentor and USU Supervisor are required and are essential to the professional growth of credential teacher candidates. USU Supervisors meet with candidates after each observation. USU Supervisors conduct three observations per term and conduct a formal evaluation at the end of each 8-week term. Site Mentors observe and complete the same number of observations on the same lessons as the USU Supervisors.
