Project Concert

Project Concert (PC), is the Practice Immersion hub used by students and Immersion faculty that assists with:

  • electronically tracking student immersion hours for immersion courses
  • scheduling and reporting on immersion evaluations
  • creating documents related to practice immersion hours for ePortfolios
  • tracking documents and expiration dates

Students will receive access to Project Concert during their first practice immersion course. The College of Nursing & Health Sciences (CONHS) and the Office of Field Experience (OFE) have created step-by-step guides and videos to assist students with navigating Project Concert available at any time in the Doctoral Community:

Students should refer to the DNP Project Concert Guidance for procedures involving documentation and retrieving reports related to practice immersion experiences.

General videos are also available on the PC website upon logging in and are identified throughout the website with “NEED HELP?” icons. Students are required to review and understand the training videos and written instructions in Project Concert and the Doctoral Community. It is the student’s responsibility to document Practice Immersion hours in Project Concert. If you need additional assistance in logging hours to meet classroom requirements, reach out to your course faculty. For technical difficulties (such as system glitches), students, faculty, and mentor may reach out to OFE for assistance.

All practice immersion experiences must be documented using Project Concert within 48 hours of the experience or the associated hours will not count towards the Practice Immersion hour requirement. Students will submit summary and comprehensive hours reports in their classroom to demonstrate immersion experience progression.

OFE does not have access to review or approve the student’s hours. The OFE can provide reporting assistance for immersion hour accuracy.
