Policy: All promotional material must be approved before distributed. This includes, but is not limited to web, television, and print mediums.

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to clarify approval processes for all promotional material. 

Procedure: 

  1. The Director of Marketing or designee will review and approve all United States University public communication content.
    1. Publications that include compliance and/or regulatory content must be reviewed and approved by the Marketing Team, and legal counsel.

Scope: The scope of this policy applies to all Aspen Group, Inc. team members, United States University team members, prospective students, current students, and alumni.
