Policy: The purpose of this policy is to detail the procedure for obtaining a student photo identification card. The cards serve as student identification for a variety of on-campus services and access to the building during business hour.

Purpose: To serve as student identification for a variety of on-campus services, access to the building during business hours. 

Procedure:

  1. To obtain a Student ID, students must submit a request using the online Student Identification Card Request Form.
  2. Students must include full legal name, mailing address and a passport style photo.

  3. Upon submission, the Office of the Registrar will process the request and mail the Student ID card within 7-10 business days to the address provided on the request form.

  4. Once printed and mailed, students will receive an email notification confirming the successful processing of their Student ID.

  5. In cases where students require a duplicate Student ID, a fee will be required. Please refer to the catalog for the current fee amount. Students can make the payment for the duplicate ID via their student portal.

Scope: The scope of this policy applies to all students.
